By participating (submitting a advertisement for review, making a payment for a service, and advertising on our platform), you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility The 24 hour cancellation period is for marketplace advertising and is available to new advertisers who have not previously utilised our services on our platform. Existing advertisers or those who previously advertised or used our services are not eligible for the 24 hour cancellation.

3. Trial Period The trial period begins when your advertising campaign is activated and lasts for 24 hours from when you either publish an advertisement for review or make payment for our services. During this time, you will have access to the features and benefits associated with our paid advertising packages.

4. Features Included During the 24 hour period, you will receive access to:

  • Ad placement in the required category Franchise resales, commercial property and business.
  • Create your advertisement building creating service.
  • Access to an account appropriate to your advertisement.

5. Usage Restrictions While the 24 hour cancellations period allows for a comprehensive experience of our advertising services, there are some usage restrictions:

  • The trial period cannot be extended beyond the initial 24 hours.
  • Only one 24 hours cancellation is permitted per business or individual.
  • The period may not be combined with other promotional offers.
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or prohibited content is strictly prohibited.

6. Conversion to Paid Service At the end of the 24 hour cancellation window, if you have not cancelled your plan or advertisement with us, your campaign will automatically convert to a paid advertising plan unless you choose to cancel. You will be charged according to the pricing structure of the selected plan.

7. Cancellation You can cancel your trial at any time during the 24 hour period by accessing your account settings or emailing us directly on help@migma.co.uk. If you do not cancel before the 24 hour period ends, your campaign will be automatically converted to a paid plan.

8. Billing If you choose to continue using our advertising services beyond the  24 hour period, you will be billed according to the selected plan. Billing details and payment methods will be available in your account settings.

9. Data and Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy. Any data collected during the trial period will be subject to our privacy policy.

10. Modification or Termination We reserve the right to modify or terminate the 24 hour cancellation offer at any time, without prior notice. Such changes will not affect ongoing cancellation periods but may apply to future cancellations.


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

 This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund.

1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased a serviceand finalised the transaction process directly with M.I.G.M.A Business Listing Service.

1.2. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Refund Process: 

2.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email help@migma.co.uk, providing your order details and a brief explanation for the refund (please, include your order number, email, full name, address you used on the original purchase).

2.2. We will review your refund request within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.3. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Refund Conditions:

3.1. The 24-hour refund policy applies to all eligible products and services, except for the following:- Services that have been fully rendered or consumed.

3.2. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price paid at the time of the transaction unless the fees have been consumed (e.g. marketing fees charged by third party marketing platforms - example does not limit other consumables charges which may have occurred), excluding any applicable taxes or fees.

Non-Refundable Items:

4.1. The following items are non-refundable:

- Gift cards or vouchers.

- Customised or personalized products/services.

- Products/services purchased through a third-party platform or reseller.

5.1. M.I.G.M.A Business Listing Service reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

- The refund request is made after the 48-hour window.

- The refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.

- There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

5.2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the 24-hour worry-free refund policy at any time without prior notice.
